Who can rent a car?
Anyone aged 18 or above with a valid driving licence. We check your licence and ID at pick-up. Only the person who booked may drive, unless we agree otherwise in writing.
How is the rent calculated?
Rent is per day. One day is a block of 24 hours counted from your pick-up time. Any trip, however short, is one full day. Rent = number of days × the car's price per day shown at booking.
How many kilometres are free?
300 km free per day (some cars may differ; it is shown on each car). The free km are counted for each day separately and do not carry over. Example: Day 1 you drive 100 km and Day 2 you drive 450 km: you pay for 150 extra km on Day 2.
How are kilometres measured?
By the car's GPS, which is final. We also note the odometer at pick-up and return.
How do I book?
Choose a car, pick your date, time and number of days, then log in with your mobile number and request the booking. Pay the ₹5,000 advance by UPI and send the payment screenshot to us on WhatsApp. Your booking is confirmed only after we confirm it.
What happens to the ₹5,000 advance?
It is adjusted in your final bill. If your final bill is lower than the advance, we refund the difference.
If two people book the same car, who gets it?
The booking we confirm first gets the car. Requests that we have not confirmed expire after 24 hours.
Can I cancel? Will I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel at least 24 hours before pick-up for a full refund of the advance. If you cancel later, or do not turn up, the advance is not refunded. Use "Request cancellation" in My bookings or contact us; the cancellation is final when we approve it.
Is there a security deposit?
Yes, ₹5,000 to ₹10,000 depending on the car (shown on each car). It is taken at pick-up and returned within 3 to 7 working days after the car is back and any challan or Fastag use is settled.
What if I return the car late?
We give 60 minutes of grace. After that, each extra started 24-hour block is charged as one full day. If you need more days, tell us before your return time and we will extend if the car is free.
What if I return the car early?
No money is refunded for unused time. You may adjust the unused time with us by agreement.
Can you deliver the car to me?
Yes. One flat fee covers delivery and return pick-up, based on road distance from our shop: 1–60 km ₹1,000; 61–110 km ₹2,000; 111–160 km ₹3,000; above 160 km we give a custom quote. Choose "Deliver to my location" when booking.
What about fuel?
The car comes with enough fuel to reach the nearest petrol pump. Fuel during the trip is yours. You do not have to return the same amount of fuel.
What is not allowed in the car?
No smoking, no alcohol or drugs while driving, no more people than the seats, no animals, no carrying goods for payment, no racing, towing or off-road use, and no tampering with the GPS or speed governor. Driving above 80 km/h is charged ₹1,500 each time. Full list of charges is in the Terms.
What if there is an accident, damage or breakdown?
Call us immediately and inform the police where needed. Do not get the car repaired yourself without our permission. Damage after pick-up is your responsibility and is charged as per the Terms.
Who pays traffic challans and tolls?
You do. Fines, challans and Fastag/toll for your rental period are charged to you, even if they arrive after the trip. A traffic violation also carries a ₹1,000 charge plus the actual fine.
Is GST charged?
No. The prices you see are what you pay.
